The nominees for the January Shark Player of the Month award in the Ninja A-League have been announced!
As we progress through the 2024-25 Ninja A-League season, a monthly shortlist featuring 10 standout players will be compiled for you, the fans, to cast your votes for the Shark Player of the Month award.

Each month, nominees are determined based on FotMob’s rating system. The 10 players who achieve the highest FotMob ratings—ranging from 0.0 to 10.0—during each voting period will be recognised as nominees for the Shark Player of the Month award.
For January, the eligibility period spans Rounds 9-12 of the Ninja A-League, involving matches played between December 31 and January 21, which are factored into the FotMob ratings.
To qualify for the top 10 nominations, players must have participated in a minimum of two matches during the eligibility period to generate an average FotMob rating.
