Understanding the FotMob Rating System
The FotMob Ratings are derived from sophisticated data collected by Opta/Stats Perform.
Utilising an extensive array of statistics and metrics, FotMob’s algorithm generates detailed player ratings. This algorithm customises and weighs the statistics relevant to a player’s position, ensuring an accurate assessment based on their contributions to the game.
This methodological approach allows FotMob to provide a fair and precise evaluation of a player’s performance on the field. Recognised globally, FotMob Ratings are relied upon by media outlets, clubs, and scouting professionals to analyse and report on player performances.
