Mohamed Salah has put an end to any uncertainty regarding his future after Liverpool announced that the Egyptian sensation has put pen to paper on a new contract.
Originally set to expire at the conclusion of the season, Salah’s new agreement will see him remain at Anfield until the year 2027.
“I am incredibly excited,” Salah stated on Liverpool’s official site. “We have a fantastic team now. We’ve had a great squad in the past, but I signed because I believe we have the potential to capture more trophies and truly enjoy my football.”
“It’s wonderful; I’ve had my finest years here. Having played for eight years, I hope to reach ten. I’m enjoying my life here and relishing my football. These have been the best years of my career.
