Clement Bischoff, the former Brondby player, has been excluded from training with the RB Salzburg squad following a disagreement with coach Daniel Beichler.
As Red Bull Salzburg strives for their first title since 2023, the club is now grappling with entirely different challenges, as disciplinary issues are disrupting their preparations for the upcoming season.
Clement Bischoff was once again absent from the Red Bull Salzburg matchday squad on Friday, marking the third consecutive time he has been sidelined due to what is believed to be a suspension.
Following Salzburg’s defeat to LASK, coach Daniel Beichler addressed the situation in a press conference. “There were one or two issues from a disciplinary standpoint that I didn’t find acceptable. There’s little more to add,” Beichler stated.
According to a report from “Krone,” Bischoff and Beichler had a confrontation during training, leading to the decision to prevent the 20-year-old, who joined Salzburg from Brondby IF last summer, from training with the squad.
The matter is currently being handled internally. Bischoff has not featured in the starting eleven for some time; his last appearance was on 15 March, when he came on as a substitute in the second half of Salzburg’s 0-1 home defeat against Rapid Vienna.
