Clement Bischoff, the former Brøndby player, has been prohibited from training with RB Salzburg’s squad following a confrontation with coach Daniel Beichler.
As Red Bull Salzburg strives to secure their first title since 2023, the club is confronted with unexpected hurdles that are disrupting their preparations for the remainder of the season due to disciplinary matters.
For the third straight matchday, Clement Bischoff was absent from the Red Bull Salzburg line-up on Friday, as he has reportedly been suspended.
After Salzburg’s defeat against LASK, coach Daniel Beichler confirmed the situation during a press conference. “From a disciplinary standpoint, I observed a couple of issues that weren’t acceptable. There’s no further comment on that,” Beichler stated.
Reports from “Krone” indicate that the altercation between Bischoff and Beichler occurred during a training session. Consequently, the 20-year-old, who joined Salzburg from Brøndby IF last summer, is barred from participating in team training.
The situation is currently being handled internally. Bischoff has not featured in the starting eleven for quite some time, with his last appearance occurring on 15 March when he came off the bench in the latter stages of Salzburg’s 0-1 home defeat to Rapid Vienna.
