Tom Flegler is left to await the decision from the match review committee following his sin-binning for an off-the-ball collision with Ali Leiataua.
During the second half, with the Dolphins ahead 18-14 against the Warriors, Flegler found himself defending a centre.
Taine Tuaupiki executed a well-timed dummy and slipped past Flegler on the inside. Attempting to rush towards Leiataua, Flegler misjudged his timing and positioning, resulting in a head clash.
Leiataua remained on the ground as Flegler showed immediate remorse for the incident. However, this did not deter Warriors players from expressing their displeasure, especially Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, who had a few choice words for Flegler.

Both teams confronted each other with intensity before officials intervened. Following this, Flegler was sent to the sin bin.
Commentator Steve ‘Blocker’ Roach assessed the incident, stating, “It was clearly accidental; he just found himself in a poor position.”
Earlier in the match, Mitch Barnett was forced to leave the field and will enter the NRL’s 11-day stand-down period due to a concussion.
Barnett’s season has been anything but smooth as he returned from an ACL injury and subsequently suffered a broken thumb.
He aims to regain his State of Origin jersey after missing games two and three last year because of his prior injury.
Unfortunately for Barnett, these new challenges arise after he was injured early in the second half at Hnry Stadium in Wellington.
In the 45th minute, both Barnett and Chanel Harris-Tavita made first contact with Trai Fuller, only for the Warriors players to clash heads.
Players pointed to Barnett, who was left dazed on the turf, while Harris-Tavita remained unharmed and got back on his feet.
Barnett struggled to regain composure, wobbling as he attempted to rise, sporting a cut on his forehead that was bleeding.
Given Barnett’s condition, it was quickly determined he would undergo a category one HIA.
This tumultuous match also saw Jake Averillo suffer a dislocated finger, while Leka Halasima was reported for a shoulder charge in the first half. Watene-Zelezniak is also awaiting a judiciary review concerning a hip-drop tackle.
The Warriors emerged victorious with a final score of 20-18.
