Bayern Munich comfortably clinched their 34th Bundesliga title with a comeback 4-2 victory at home against VfB Stuttgart, who currently sit fourth in the league.
The opening 15 minutes saw both teams struggling to create clear opportunities, with Kim Min-Jae and Bilal El Khannouss unable to convert half-chances. However, the game ignited on the 21-minute mark when El Khannouss found space behind Josip Stanišić and Chris Führich scored his fifth goal of the season from a narrow angle.
This early setback seemed to dampen Bayern’s celebratory mood briefly, but the champions responded magnificently, netting three goals within six minutes after the half-hour mark.
Jamal Musiala weaved through two Stuttgart defenders on Bayern’s left, setting up Raphael Guerreiro for a close-range finish. A mistake from Stuttgart at midfield moments later allowed Luis Díaz to assist Nicolas Jackson for an easy tap-in.
With Bayern now firmly in control, Vincent Kompany’s side piled on the pressure before half-time, culminating in Alphonso Davies’ deflected strike from 15 yards that found the back of the net—his first goal of the season—all but sealing the game and their title defence before the break.

At the beginning of the second half, Kompany brought on Harry Kane and Michael Olise from the Bayern bench. Just seven minutes after the restart, Kane continued the momentum by scoring his 32nd league goal of the season. This goal threatened to turn the match into a mere formality in its closing stages, although Nübel made a stunning save from Leon Goretzka on the hour mark as Kompany’s side took their foot off the pedal.
Stuttgart managed to grab a late consolation goal through Chema Andres, whose excellent strike from the edge of the box got the better of Jonas Urbig.
However, with the title well in hand, Bayern now sets their sights on the DFB-Pokal and the UEFA Champions League, with a potential treble still within reach.
Meanwhile, Stuttgart maintains a two-point advantage over Hoffenheim in their quest for Champions League qualification, despite having suffered four defeats in their last seven matches across all competitions.
