Early Bird Entries for the Sandown 300 Team Regularity Event Closing Soon!

Early bird registrations for the Sandown 300 Team Regularity Event are set to close soon, with participants urged to secure their spots ahead of the 9 February cut-off.

Scheduled for Sunday, 23 March 2025, this renowned event has been revamped to appeal to a broader audience. With the early bird team entry fee priced at $1,500 and ending on 9 February, this is the perfect moment to partake in this exhilarating endurance challenge. Standard entries will wrap up on 17 March.

Updates for 2025

• New grouped sessions – The field will be organised into four groups based on specified lap times, promoting safer and more competitive racing among similarly paced vehicles. Group 1 will feature the quickest cars, while Group 4 will be for the slower entries.
• No minimum lap time – The introduction of grouped sessions means there will be no requirement for minimum lap times.
• Increased track time – Each team will comprise four drivers, with the event duration extended to five hours, allowing for more driving opportunities and an action-filled day.
• Pre-race practice – A 13-minute practice session will be available on Sunday morning, and for those seeking additional track time, the Marque Sports Car Association will host sessions on Saturday.
• Optimised seeding system – Cars will be paced within their respective groups to reduce congestion and improve racing consistency.

Given the event’s nature, participants should possess prior experience at Sandown as well as in club sprints or regularity events. Those with less experience are encouraged to contact the Track Director at motorsport@pcv.com.au with their track history before registering.
